What is a Department?

A specialised unit within a healthcare facility that focuses on specific services or treatments. Responsibilities include Organisational efficiency and specialization in services like pathology or radiology. There can be more than one Department.

Who is a Department Admin? 

The person who manages administrative tasks of their respective Department. There can be more than one Department Administrator.

Department Admin Login View

Please log in to the CLH Department Admin account to get access.

Department tab view: (as Department Admin)

• Facilities and Departments
• Department Administrators

Department Admin can also check the Number of the Department and Address. 

From Facilities and Departments, you can: (as Department Admin)

• View Facility and Department
• Delete Department

Department Admin can also check the Number of the Department and Address. 

From Department Administrators, you can: (as Department Admin)

• View/Add New/Delete Department Admin

Department Admin can also check the Department Admin’s Facility and Department, and Address. 

Support Team tab view: (as Department Admin)

• View/ Add/Edit and Delete Support Team Members

Department Admin can also check the Facility and Department, Specialisation, and Last sign-in. 

Users tab view: you’ll land on the Assigned Users list:

Only the users are visible who are assigned to the selected Facility and Department.

View from the Users tab, you can: (as Department Admin)

• View User list
• Invite New User
• Edit and Delete Assigned User

Department Admin can also check the User’s Gender, Age, Support Team, Facility and Department, Last Sync, Compliance, and Onboarding Progress.

From the drop-down menu beside Assigned Users, you can find: (as Department Admin)

• All Users
• Assigned Users
• Unassigned Users
• Invited Users

Note: Department Admin cannot access the Pending Activation List and Pending Onboarding User's List.
