Onboarding Steps for Users

Before we begin, you can gain an overview of all the steps by following our tutorial guide below:  

STEP 1: Download and Install the CLH App

Please go to the App/Play Store and search for Wellness Plus CLH. Proceed to download and install the application. For additional information on how to download and install the CLH app, click here.

STEP 2: Register on the CLH app and complete your profile

It is highly recommended to complete the registration process as early as possible to begin the journey.

To register, simply follow the instructions provided in the email or SMS invitation. Click "Verify" to confirm your key personal details. Then, fill in any additional information to complete the registration.

To begin your program, you are recommended to complete your profile instantly.

STEP 3: Download and Set up the Fitbit Watch and App

Download the Fitbit app from the App Store / Play Store and create an account. Sign in, then tap the device icon at the top left to add your Fitbit device. Follow the prompts to complete the setup, and you're all set to track your fitness goals.

STEP 4: Link your Fitbit with the CLH App


To link your Fitbit with the CLH App, go to "My Profile," find "Linked devices," and select "Managed devices." Choose Fitbit from the list and decide to link or delink. You'll be prompted to log in to your Fitbit Account for authentication. Once logged in, you'll receive confirmation that your Fitbit is successfully linked to the CLH App.

STEP 5: Install the Clock Face


To set up the "Wellness Plus CLH" clock face on your Fitbit device, open the Fitbit app, tap your device, install the clock face from the Gallery section, and log in with your Fitbit credentials. Then, confirm installation in the CLH app's Profile section under Linked devices.

Sync your Fitbit Regularly

Please open your Fitbit app. When you're on the home page, just pull down the screen a bit and let go. This will sync your Fitbit with the app. Remember to do this regularly to keep your data accurate and up to date.

Have you completed the onboarding process successfully? 


Please ensure you've completed the following checklist:


☑ Downloaded and installed the CLH App

☑ Finished setting up your profile

☑ Installed the Fitbit App and set up your Fitbit watch

☑ Linked your Fitbit device

☑ Downloaded and installed the CLH Clock Face


Tips:

  • Only one smartwatch can be linked to the CLH App at a time. When adding your smartwatch, ensure that no other smartwatch is currently linked to prevent issues with linking, receiving reminders, and accessing CLH Clock Face features. Maintain a smooth connection by linking one smartwatch at a time.

  • Please note that it takes approximately 30 minutes to update the ConnectedLife App with the latest Fitbit data after the successful sync with the Fitbit app. Stay proactive in maintaining your devices for seamless integration and functionality.
