Some of our recommendations:

Charge Devices:

☑ Ensure all devices (phone, and wearable devices) are fully charged.

Steps to follow to avoid Internet Connectivity & Network Configuration issues:

☑ Check WiFi connectivity at the training location.

☑ Have a backup data plan ready if WiFi is unstable.

☑ Preferably use a flexible internet connection to avoid strict security filters.

☑ Avoid using networks with high-security settings that block personal emails or non-approved websites.

☑ Ensure that ports 443 and 8080 (HTTP/HTTPS) are open in the network settings.

☑ If using a private network, whitelist the IP address of the ConnectedLife Platform (App and Dashboard) in the firewall settings.

App and Dashboard Checks:

☑ Test both the app and dashboard to ensure they are functioning properly.

Bluetooth connection:

☑ Ensure your Bluetooth connection is always on to allow seamless data flow and device sync.

Wearing the Fitbit device:

☑ Try and wear your watch at all times in order to allow continuous and efficient collection of data.
