ConnectedLife App is available in the Google Play (Android) and APP stores (iOS).

From the Android Play Store or Apple Store:

Search for ‘Wellness Plus CLH’ at the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

Now you will be able to download  ‘Wellness Plus CLH’ from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

After “Microsite” Registration:

Complete the microsite registration process by filling and verifying the required field. After submitting you will be able to download  ‘Wellness Plus CLH’ by Clicking/scanning the QR code or simply clicking on the App Store or Google Play Store Icon.
