How to add secondary STM in User Profile

This article will help you to add secondary STM to the User Profile.

There are 3 Processes to do it:
1. From Organisation Admin
2. From Facility Admin
3. From Department Admin

Process 1: From Organisation Admin

Step 1:

Sign in to the dashboard, and input your valid email address and password associated with the ConnectedLife Organisation admin account.

Step 2:

After signing in tap on the “User” option from the top

Step 3:

A list of users page will be displayed after tapping on the user. Now input the Patient's User ID or Name in the Search bar.

Step 4:

Click on Edit. Right below of Search bar. More precisely the Pencil button.

 

Step 5:

After clicking on the Edit button, Now tap on Affiliation.

Step 6:

Now select your Secondary Support Team Member.

Step 7:

After selecting the Secondary Support Team Member tap on Save Changes.

Step 8:

After selecting the Secondary STM a pop-up will indicate that the action is done successfully.

Process 2: From Facility Admin

Step 1:

Sign in to the dashboard, and input your valid email address and password associated with the ConnectedLife Facility admin account.

Step 2:

After signing in tap on “User”.

Step 3:

Now input the Patient's User ID or Name in the Search bar.

Step 4:

Press on the Edit button.

Step 5:

After clicking on the Edit button, the Basic Information page will appear. Now tap on Affiliation.

Step 6:

Now select your Secondary Support Team Member.

Step 7:

After selecting the Secondary Support Team Member tap on Save Changes.

Step 8:

After selecting the Secondary STM a pop-up will indicate that the action is done successfully.

Process 3: From Department Admin

Step 1:

Sign in to the dashboard, and input your valid email address and password associated with the ConnectedLife Department admin account.

Step 2:

After signing in tap on “User”.

Step 3:

Now input the Patient's User ID or Name in the Search bar.

Step 4:

Press on Edit button.

Step 5:

After clicking on the Edit button, the Basic Information page will appear. Now tap on Affiliation.

Step 6:

Now select your Secondary Support Team Member.

Step 7:

After selecting the Secondary Support Team Member tap on Save Changes.

Step 8:

After selecting the Secondary STM a pop-up will indicate that the action is done successfully.
