How to delete Facility / Department

This article will help you to understand how to Delete Facility and Department in the ConnectedLife Platform.
Delete Facility
Step 1:
Log in to the CLH Org Admin account.
Step 2:
Admin dashboard will open. Search your Facility from the search bar.
Step 3:
Click on the Delete Button.
Step 4:
Then click Delete Facility.
Step 5:
A pop-up will appear of Facility Deleted.
Step 6:
Any Facility will be unable to delete due to existing users and STMs under that Facility need to be removed first.
Delete Department
Step 1:
Log in to the CLH Org Admin account.
Step 2:
Admin dashboard will open. Search your Department from the search bar.
Step 3:
Click on the Delete Button.
Step 4:
Then click Delete Department.
Step 5:
A pop-up will appear of Department Deleted.
Step 6:
Any department will be unable to delete due to existing users and STMs under that department need to be removed first.
Note: Please ensure there are no active users and STMs associated with the Facility/Department before initiating its deletion.
