How to select Support Team

This article will help you to understand how to Select a Support Team. If you want to select or manage your support team, you need to follow the following steps properly. 

Step 1:

Log in to the App, Go to your Profile and scroll down, Select My Affiliation.

Step 2: 

You can see Healthcare Organisations, Facility, and Primary support team members. Select/Change accordingly. Please remember that you can be assigned to 1 primary STM and multiple secondary STMs at a time. Secondary STMs will be assigned by admins only.

Step 3:

Type names in the search box to select Organisation, Facility & Support Team. You can search for STMs by department/specialty. To ensure your continuous support, always assign a primary STM. You will get a Notification when an STM/Department is assigned/unassigned to you.

Note: If you change an Organisation, STMs will be unassigned by default.
