Article summary

There are a few differences between Primary and Secondary Support Team Members / STM.

1. Users can select only one primary support team member, but there are no restrictions on adding secondary support team members within the same facility. Notably, users cannot independently add a second support team member; this task must be performed by individuals with Organisational authority or Hierarchy, such as Org Admin, Facility Admin, Department Admin, or the existing Primary Support Team member.

2. The user app allows changing of primary support team members, while secondary support team members cannot be added or changed through the app.

3. To onboard as a user via the microsite, users must provide the primary support team members. Secondary support team members do not have the option to onboard a user.

4. Primary support team members can invite user and Assign Users who belong to the same Facility/Department.

Secondary support team members can assign the existing users who are under the same Facility and department.

5. Primary support team members can edit customised widgets for mobile, whereas secondary support team members can not.

6. Primary support team members can customise the Personalized Health Status Questionnaire, while secondary support team members do not have access to it.

7. In summary, primary support team members are mandatory for each user, whereas secondary support team members are optional.
