Last Sync refers to a communication mechanism designed to facilitate the seamless exchange of up-to-date health data between wearable devices and mobile phone applications. This synchronization occurs when the devices are connected via Bluetooth and have access to a stable internet connection. The process ensures that the most recent health-related information is transferred and updated between the wearable device and the mobile app, enhancing the accuracy and completeness of the data available to users.

Along with the ConnectedLife app, we will be able to see this feature from the Organization admin, Facility Admin, Department Admin, and Support Team Member view.

View from Organisation Admin:

Step 1:

Please log in to the ConnectedLife Organisation Admin account to get access.

Step 2:

You'll get to see the “User” option. From the users list section you will be able to view the “Last Sync”.

View from Facility Admin:

Step 1:

Please log in to the ConnectedLife Facility Admin account to get access.

Step 2:

Go to the user option and you can view “Users last Sync”.

View from Department Admin:

Step 1:

Please log in to the ConnectedLife Department Admin account to get access.

Step 2:

From the users, you will be able to view their “Last Sync”.

View from Support Team Member:

Process 1:

Step 1:

Please log in to the ConnectedLife Support Team Member account to get access.

Step 2:

Now you can search your user with their User ID number or name.

Step 3:

We can view the last sync data and time associated with the wearable device in the user's profile from here.

Process 2:

Step 1:

After logging into the ConnectedLife Support Team Member account click on the three dots (⁝)

Step 2:

Click on “Columns” and select “Last Sync.”

After that, you will be able to view Last Sync.

Tips:

Syncing is important, otherwise, the user's data won’t reflect on the dashboard, which will impact the patient monitoring process. So it is suggested to guide the users to sync their smartwatches regularly. Kindly ensure that you promptly sync your device for ConnectedLife schedule management alerts. Additionally, for regular notifications such as ConnectedLife Nudges and Messages, it is important to maintain the pairing of your device with your smartphone via Bluetooth. Your smartphone needs to be connected to a stable Internet connection. Please note that it takes approximately 30 minutes to update the ConnectedLife app with the latest Fitbit data after the successful sync with the Fitbit app.
