Why I am not getting any Reminders / Nudges

Users may not be getting any Reminders / Nudges for the following reasons.

If a user wants to get a reminder today but mistakenly STM scheduled date starting from tomorrow then the user will not get any reminders on the desired time.

The below medicine is scheduled for the 2nd of December, for this reason, the user will not see any scheduled medicine in the app on the 1st of December.

If the Fitbit app doesn't sync with the device then the user may not get reminders/nudges.

Sync phone is also necessary to get reminders/nudges.

If the right clockface is not installed then the user may not get reminders/nudges.

• If the clock face is not unlocked then the user may not get reminders/nudges.

• If Bluetooth does not connect properly then the user may not get reminders/nudges.

Without proper nudge rules, the correct parameter and syntax user may not get nudges.
