How can I Upload Document in the ConnectedLife app

This article will help you upload documents to the application.

Step 1: 

Open the ConnectedLife App.

Step 2: 

Go to Document.

Step 3: 

Press on the “+” icon to upload documents.

Step 4: 

After pressing on the “+” icon you will see three options to upload your documents.

Step 5:

Once the document has been selected, a new pop-up window will appear. Clicking "Confirm" will upload the document successfully.

Step 6: 

You can see your documents from “All Files” that have been shared with you and that you have uploaded and downloaded.

Tips:

• While uploading the documents, make sure you have a stable internet connection.
• Once a user uploads a document/photo It will be shared with the support team members.
• You can upload PDF files and images (in PNG and JPG format) with a max of 50 MB.
