How to assign a Support Team Member (STM) to a specific User

This article will help you assign a Support Team Member (STM) to a specific user.
Step 1:
To sign in to the dashboard input your valid email address and password associated with the ConnectedLife admin account.
Step 2:
After signing in tap on “User”.
Step 3:
A list of users page will be displayed after tapping on the user. Now input the Patient's User ID or Name in the Search bar.
Step 4:
Press on Edit. Right below of Search bar. More precisely the Pencil button.
Step 5:
After clicking on the Edit button, the Basic Information page will appear. Now tap on Affiliation.
Step 6:
Now select your Support Team Member.
Step 7:
After selecting the Support Team Member tap on Save Changes.
Step 8:
After selecting the STM a pop-up will indicate that the action is done successfully.
