How to Complete Registration

There are two ways you can register on the platform.

1. Microsite Registration
2. In-App Registration

Let’s explore in this article how to complete the Registration process on this platform.

Microsite Registration

An Invitation will be received via email, you need to proceed from there by clicking on “verify”.

Upon entering the code and clicking on ‘verify’, your key personal details along with your email will also be verified. Now you have to fill in the remaining details and complete the registration.

If you don’t have an invitation code, just click on the QR code to register on the microsite. Then you will see a signup form auto-filled with code.

Marketing Site Registration

Depending on the Organisation setup, there may also be a marketing site available for you to sign up with your credentials.

2. In-App Registration

Download and Install the ConnectedLife Mobile App

Go to the Play Store or App Store to download and install the ConnectedLife App on your phone. For example: Wellness Plus CLH.

Process 1: If you don’t have an invitation code

Click on ‘Register.’ Then you will be redirected to “Verify Invitation.” Now press on “I don’t have an invitation code”. Now you have to fill in and verify all the details. Then, you must select the Organisation, Facility, and Member of the primary support team and click on “Register”  to complete the registration process.

Process 2: If you have an invitation code

If you receive the invitation code via Email Or SMS, enter the code in the designated space. Upon entering the code and clicking on ‘verify’, your key personal details along with your email and mobile number will also be verified. Now you have to fill in the remaining details and complete the registration process.

Tips:

• Healthcare Organisation, facility, and support team members can be changed later after the registration.
• It is highly recommended to complete the registration process as early as possible to begin the journey.
