How to log Blood Pressure in profile

This article will help you to understand how to log Blood Pressure in your profile.
Blood pressure is a measure of the force that your heart uses to pump blood around your body.
Blood pressure log process in the app
Step 1: Open the CLH app, on the Home screen, go to the ‘Log’ section” and Select ‘Blood pressure’
Step 2: Click on +Add measurement
Fill up the ‘Systolic & Diastolic’ measurements and Click on ‘Save’.
Systolic blood pressure: It measures the force the heart exerts on the walls of the arteries each time it Beats.
Diastolic blood pressure: It measures the force the heart exerts on the walls of the arteries in between beats.
Step 3: The measurement will be saved in the ‘Blood pressure’ section
After clicking ‘Save’ the measurement will appear in the "Blood pressure" section.
Additional Features:
To ‘Edit’ Blood pressure: Swipe left to edit the existing Systolic and diastolic values.
To ‘Delete’ Blood Pressure: Swipe right to delete the existing Systolic and diastolic values.
To ‘Check’ Blood pressure: You can see “the previous date’s blood pressure by clicking on the present date.
Tips: Please fill up your measurements properly to get an accurate Wellness Score.
