This article will help you to understand how to log Lipids data.
Lipids are a family of organic compounds that are mostly insoluble in water. Composed of fats and oils, lipids are molecules that yield high energy and have a chemical composition mainly of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen.
Lipid data log process in the app
Open the the CLH App, on the Home screen, go to the Log section, and Select “Lipids”
Click on “+Add measurement", enter your testing time, and click on Next.
Enter values in either mg/dL or mmol/L format. You can use the toggle for the appropriate format. Click Save.
Tips: You can also see the latest measurements which are recorded throughout the day in the Analysis Tab.
