How to schedule Alerts and Nudges

This article outlines the step-by-step process for scheduling Alerts and Nudges to the user in the ConnectedLife platform. There are two processes in which you can schedule Alerts and Nudges to the users.

Process 1: for Multiple Users

Step 1: Login to the dashboard

Input your valid email address and password associated with your ConnectedLife Support Team account.


Step 2: Go to “Program Management” and Click “Alerts/Nudges”

Click “Add a New Alert/Nudge”

Step 3: Search the Nudge you want to set and click “Next”

Search the existing Alert and Nudges Template from the search bar, if you want you can set a custom nudge also from the “Custom” option.

Step 4: Crosscheck the nudge rule, schedule time and click “Next”

Please check the nudge rule you want to set based on user profile, wellness, clinical, compliance, and set the timing as well.

Step 5: Edit the Channel and messages and Click “Next”

There are three channels to send messages to the users (SMS, E-mail, and Push notification). You can delete any channel if you want or you can keep three channels as well.

Step 6: Assign Users To Steps Nudges and Click “Assign Alert/Nudges”

Now you will see your users list, where you can choose how many users you want to assign nudges. You can choose multiple users or single users as well. By the left side of each patient, there is a box will be shown and once you click the box the patient will be selected to assign nudges.

Step 7: Pop-Up Notification

Once you set the nudges successfully a pop-up will appear that says “Alert/Nudges created and assigned successfully”.

Process 2: for Single-User

Step 1: 

From your Support Team account under the My Users tab, click on the user you want to schedule Alert/Nudges. You can use the search bar to find the user as well.

Step 2: 

Choose the “Alert/Nudges” option from the patient's profile and then click “Add a New Alert/Nudge”

The next steps are similar from the Process 1: Step 3

Tips:

Please be aware that the nudge time you specify will be received by the user according to their local time zone.
