How to set Personal Information in the Profile

This article will portray how to set personal information in your profile.

Upon entering the CLH App, you will see a welcome screen where there are two options: “Complete profile (2 min”) and “I'll do it later”. You can also select your preferred language from the “Select language”.

For Button ‘Complete profile (2 min)‘

After clicking the Complete profile (2 min) button, you will be required to complete several documents.

A total of five sections are included in the documents: Personal and contact information, Racial Origin, Medical Background, General Readings, and Lifestyle. You must fill out the forms and provide all the authentic information about yourself. After completing every section, you must press the Save button otherwise your data will not save and you won't go to the next page. Once the profile data has been completed, you will receive a screen informing you of your completion.

For Button ‘I’ll do it later’

Upon tapping I'll do it later, a message box will appear. By pressing Do Later, you will be presented with another message box.

Another message box will appear with two options: Remind me tomorrow and Remind me in three days.

Simply click on any of the options and the reminder will be set accordingly.
