How to Sync Wearable Device?

Fitbit automatically syncs every day. If for any reason it does not sync then the user needs to do it manually. Users can do it in 2 ways.

Process 1

Open your Fitbit App, you will land on the home page, then pull down the screen a little bit, and then release, and observe syncing completely.

Process 2

From the Fitbit app user can get the device tab, and the user finds a sync now option. just click it will get synced in a bit.

Why we should keep syncing the Wearable Device?

Synchronizing is important because it ensures that data is consistent and up to date across wearable device and application. This is particularly useful for collaboration and file-sharing tools, where multiple users need access to the same files and data.

Syncing is the process that transfers the data your device collects to your Fitbit account. Track your progress, see how you slept, step details, set goals, log food and water, complete medication and rest, discomfort, etc in the Fitbit app.

If the device is not synced with Fitbit users will not be able to get notifications from the app or users might not be able to receive nudges. Also, we will not get reminders from the clock face to the schedule management.

Schedule management reminders are-

  • Report Condition
  • Medicine and Specialised Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Stay Hydrated
  • Take a rest
