How to Unlock Clock Face

Unlocking your Fitbit Clock Face is a common concern for users who have recently downloaded and installed a new Clock Face on their devices. This article serves as a comprehensive guide to help you overcome the Clock Face Lock Issue. 

Upon completing the download, the Clock Face is installed and automatically selected on your Fitbit device. However, users encounter a locked Clock Face with a visible lock icon on their wearable device. 

Go to the Profile section of the CLH app, then scroll down to Linked devices. 

You will experience "Clock Face Not Installed".

Launch the Fitbit app on your mobile phone. Ensure that your Fitbit device is properly synced and connected to the Fitbit app.

You must select your Fitbit device by tapping the “Watch/Phone” icon in the top left corner. 

You have to choose your Fitbit device. 

Now Tap on Gallery.

Enter the "Customise” section of the selected Clock Face in the Fitbit app.  

Then Login to your Fitbit account again.

Continue with Google or by email address and password to log in. 

For Android:

After successful login from the Fitbit app, open the CLH App. 

Go to the Profile section of the CLH App, then scroll down to Linked devices.

You will see that your Clock Face is now successfully Installed.

For iOS:

After successful login from the Fitbit app, a pop-up will appear, Select the “Open” option. 

Open the tabs in the browser, and you will see a Companion Settings Page. Open and reload the page.

You will see that, your Clock Face has unlocked. 

Tips:

Unlocking the clock face may take some time, so please be patient and follow the given process carefully. Begin by checking if the CLH app clock face is installed correctly in the CLH App. If not, carefully follow the guidelines outlined above. If installed properly, you should be able to see the Clock Face name.
