What is My Affiliation in ConnectedLife App

What is My Affiliation

In My Affiliation from the ConnectedLife App, users can select Organisation, Facility, and Support Team Member.

Completing My Affiliation

Step 1:

Login to your ConnectedLife app and go to “Profile.”

Step 2:

Click on “My Affiliation.”

Step 3:

From the “My Affiliation” page, you can change the Organisation, Facility, and Support Team Member by clicking on them.

Step 4:

For changing the Organisation, there will be an invitation code, which you need to request by clicking on “Request invitation code.” Once the Organisation Administrator or Org Admin accepts the invitation, you will be notified by the app’s push notification.

Step 5:

Now copy the code and paste it into the “My Affiliation” page’s invitation code input all the information, then click on “Save.”

After successfully saving, a pop-up will appear with updated information.

Tips: 

Please note that as a User, you cannot choose the Secondary Support Team Member and Departments from the ConnectedLife App.
