My Profile

After Clicking ‘My Profile’ under the ‘Profile’ section, you will be able to view the personal information.

In the “My Profile” page, you will see five sections along with the progress bar showing you how many sections you have completed. The five sections are named as:

• Personal & Contact Info
• Racial Origin
• Medical Background
• General Readings
• Lifestyle

Personal & Contact Info

In this section, Personal and Contact information needs to be filled.

Racial Origin

Here, You need to select one that best describes your racial origin.

Medical Background

In this section, you need to declare your medical background such as Diagnoses, Treatment, Family Background History, Allergy, etc.

General Readings

Under the General Reading section, you need to input the appropriate data in the field.

Lifestyle

In this section, you will see different questions regarding lifestyles.
