The CLH App's Profile Log lets users input specific health data like physicals, blood pressure, blood glucose & HbA1c, body temperature, SpO2 & PR bpm, and lipids. Our app provides an easy way for users to update their Profile Log. 

Open the CLH App, and go to the Home page. You will see the log option.

Physicals

The first option in the Log section is the Physicals tab. Users can input their Waist circumference and Weight here.

  • Login to the App. Go Home page.
  • Click into the Log of the app and select Physicals.
  • Input your waist circumference and weight and click Done.

You can see the measurements by clicking the Wellness section of the Analysis Tab.


Blood pressure

Click on the Blood pressure tab, Fill up the Systolic and Diastolic measurements, and click Save. After clicking Save the measurement will appear in the Blood pressure section.



Blood glucose & HbA1c

Click into the Log section of the app and select Blood glucose & HbA1c. Click on Add measurement. Select the activity/time as per your meals or workout and click Next to Add Measurement. Type the measurement in either mg/dL or mmol/L format. Use the toggle to select the appropriate format. The measurement will be saved in the Blood glucose section.

Body temperature

Click into the Log section of the app, and Select Body temperature. Enter the value and Click on Next. Select the measurement location and Click on Save. The temperature will be displayed in the Body temperature section. The core temperature will be available on the screen.


Sp02 & PR bpm

Click into the Log section of the app and select Sp02 & PR bpm. 

  • Scroll up or down on the digits to choose the measurement.
  • Click on Next to add the Sp02 value.
  • Enter the value to add the PR bpm measurement.
  • Click on Save.




Lipids

Click into the Log section of the app, and select Lipids. Enter your Lipids measurements and click on Next. Enter values in either mg/dL or mmol/L format. You can use the toggle for the appropriate format.
